Sure I will share my experience.I am going to give it a try. l reckon this is going to take a while to explain.You are spot on Sue, this time round I have been through a separation. I have been married for 17 years and have 2 very beautiful daughters, ages 12 and 16. It hasnt been a very messy separation at all but none the less has been incredibly difficult, exhausting and a very emotional time for me and the entire family.When I first left the home, I was deeply depressed and really isolated for about a year, disconnected from people and rarely went out to socialise. I worked hard during the day in my business. My disconection, however, was becoming a problem in relationships. Eventually I met a new lady and I thought I was going to mess that up too. Anyway, the dark shadows started appearing first. They were airbourne and flying all around my room. They didnt seem very happy with my new partner as they wouldn't let her touch me. She burnt my skin when she touched me while they were there. It was hectic. She thought I was deliberately avoiding her at first. This went on for a few nights so I had to explain. This was hectic for her to witness too I am surprised she stuck it out   Then one night the good ones came along. I was very pissed with them at first cause they were just stood there while I was literally fighting off the dark ones in my bed. I asked the good ones why they took so long to come and why they weren't helping me. There were 5 of them this time. Whitish glow, I can make out there shapes but not exactly there features. They told me that the dark ones are coming in through holes and there is nothing they could do about it other than to guide me through the process in closing the holes up. These holes were created by me and my negativive attitude. My disconnection with the world, people that love, care for me and depend on me for my help and support. Not just finacial support but are very dependent on my emotional support too. The dark ones want to destroy me completely cause they feed on peoples misery and in my demise I will in turn create more holes in others lives for them to feed on them.One spoke very stern to me and said that this is very serious and I had to start connecting and repairing the next day. They actually threatened me and said if I don't wake up to the world and do exactly what they say they would cause a death to someone very close to me. They said that I don't need to experience this trauma and the person that will die, need not, that was up to me. Then they showed me what what the feeling would be like when this person died and gave me the feeling for about a minute. I was so sad, I have never felt something so terrible before. It was nuts! Then each night after that they came and gave me instruction. I had to face up to everyone they said, had to be brutally honest with them as to why I hurt them or why they hurt me. I had to connect and make friends, I had to give advice to some etc and I did exactly what they said. I wasn't taking any chances. Eventually after about a month they were all gone. One by one. they would tell mew, well done, you got 5 to go, then 3, then 2 until they were done. It was hard as hell and exhausting. I wasn't allowed alchohol or any drug during that time. That was frikken tough. I had to be clear and present. The results were riduculous though. My business, my life, hapiness, money, all back after that. My kids are happy. We talk about it. They are facinated by my "guys". At the end of that month, they left. That was 4 months ago until 2 weeks ago they came back as I mentioned in my last message. I can tell you about that one if you want? Now I am going to bed. I don't know why they spoke to me or helped me. It was obvious they cared. They would talk amongst each other about me. The kind of looked like a team of doctors or something. Sometimes one would stay behind and watch over me. They never responded when I asked who they were. They would just ignore me and continue to chat amoungst themselves. Then they would say what I should do next. As an example, One time they asked me, "why do you return to where blood is spilt?". This was after we went back to a place where someone had previously been badly hurt after been warned twice not to go there as it was not a very safe place. I knew what they meant and this was also intended as a metaphor for other behaviors. When I listened and followed their advice, the dark demon ones went away and then the good ones eventually left too. I am in a very good space now and very connected. They haven't been back for a while. Apparently I am not suffering from psychosis, I had that checked out 😀

How do you know if they are good or evil?  My first experience was when i was an 8 year old, that was a hooded black figure who tapped me on the shoulder.  Then nothing until a few days ago, i am now 50.  I was always lead to believe there was a reason for their visit.  Have you encountered electrical activity around the time of the sightings. ie tvs going on and off, microwave pinging for no reason etc?
