That is exactly what they are. Witches, sorcerers, workers in the kingdom of darkness. Satan's kingdom. People that recieve power from demon/entities to astral project their spirit beings to other places on assignment to subvert, harass, and deceive people who are truly just unaware of spiritual things. Jesus in his atonement for man gave, everyone thru the power in his blood sacrifice, power overcame all these powers and brought all these things subject to every one who's believes on the name of Jesus. However those who are ignorant of their covenant rights in Christ are harassed and frightened and left without understanding, often become so distracted by this kind of harassment that they neglect their faith in their Savior or become doubtful of God's love for them. Often to their own hurt or loss.
